Translate Government of Canada research on The Future of Work and Learning into industry training and skill development during a global pandemic.
The solution:
Built and delivered an ongoing Communications Sprint program called Communicate with Clarity for tech founders and business leaders.
Result:
100% of attendees reported they would be able to apply the course learnings in their workplace and 100% of attendees rated Paula’s facilitation as “Highly Effective” or “Exceptional”

The challenge:
Create compelling annual campaign materials and amplify the organization’s thought leadership profile
The solution:
Led annual campaign communications for two years; Supported the executive director with leadership communications deliverables including ghost-writing an issues- based monthly column for a news publication.

Increased leadership profile and new community partnerships

The challenge:
Create a stand-out campaign for Giving Tuesday and National Giving Month to demonstrate national impact and elicit donor support
The solution:
Developed the ‘Brain Train’ campaign consisting of direct appeals to prospective donors each Tuesday in December. Using a Polar Express themed virtual train, the Foundation travelled the country, sharing stories from Canadian brain tumour survivors.
Result:
Significant increase in donations

The challenge:
Make teen girls and young women more aware of the dangers of dating violence and abuse
The Solution:
Developed ‘Prince Harming’ campaign concept and advised on campaign execution. The campaign included coasters and washroom stall posters placed in bars and restaurants, a series of YouTube videos, and a custom song written and performed by a local singer-songwriter.
Result:
Campaign increased awareness and generated news coverage
